Fake Signs — being the council

I think it’s interesting the way that pretty much anyone can pretend to be someone else these days. A while ago you would have had to have a factory with lots of equipment to make a sign that looks good. A long time ago you’d have had to have been a skilled craftsman, capable of carving and painting or perhaps blacksmithing to make something that looked official.

Now anyone with a computer and a few tutorials off youtube is capable of making something that looks official. So I did. I’d seen this sign around Peckham Rye station with some bizarre legalese on it and I decided to make something similar and stick it up in a few places including at the station and near my house.
